I’ve made it really easy for you to request an appointment with me.
Just fill out the form below with a preferred date and time for an appointment. I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss my availability. Unfortunately the request form does not sync with current availability, instead it will give me an idea of a date and time that you would like. I will absolutely try to make your request happen if possible and if not, we will work to make sure that the appointment time is best for both of us.
**Please note our payment and cancellation policy. During the scheduling of your first appointment, I will require a credit card that I will hold on file. Your credit card will only be used if in the event of a cancellation within a 24 hour window, or a no show. Fees associated are 75% charge for 24 hour window, and 100% for a no show. All other payments will be taken at the time of service. Payments taken are Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and cash. All cash payments will receive a 10% discount.
